Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older as of 2/29/08 who have Internet access and a valid e-mail address prior to 2/29/08. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of UPS ("Sponsor"), Project Support Team, Inc. ("P/S/T"), their respective parents, subsidiary and affiliated companies and each of their respective suppliers, advertising, promotion and administrative agencies (hereafter, collectively "Released Parties") and their immediate families (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife, regardless of where they reside), and those living in the same household of such persons, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
To Participate: : Visit www.racing.ups.com (the "Promotion Website") between 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 2/29/08 and 11:59:59 PM ET on 4/10/08 (the "Promotion Period") and complete and submit the online Official Entry Form to receive an entry in the sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/household/email address for the duration of the Promotion Period. Multiple entries from any one person, household or email address will void all but the initial entry. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Entrants in the sweepstakes will be provided the opportunity to consent to receiving promotional emails from Sponsor; however, eligibility to participate in the sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such emails and consenting will not impact your chances of winning. Sweepstakes entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. No faxed, e-mailed, mailed or telephoned entries will be accepted. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt. Sponsor has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entry, entrant will be deemed individual named on entry form. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, invalid, unintelligible, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected or scrambled entries, which will be disqualified. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in the printing or posting of the offer or official rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of the sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor or its agents. The Released Parties are not responsible for (i) any errors of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, (ii) technical malfunctions, (iii) any lost or delayed data transmission, (iv) any interruption, deletion, defect, or failures of any telephone network, telephone line, telephones, computer equipment or software, (v) the inability to access any website or online service, or (vi) any other error or malfunction which affects potential entrants' abilities to obtain, download or submit an entry.
Drawing: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 4/14/08 from among all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be contacted by telephone, email, U.S. mail or UPS delivery on or about 4/15/08. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period.
Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize to be awarded - Grand Prize is a total of two (2) trips for two (2) persons (winner plus one (1) guest): Trip #1: To the NASCAR® Sprint Cup Series-Aaron's 499 race at Talladega Superspeedway® currently scheduled for 4/27/08 consisting of (i) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major airport nearest to winner's primary residence in the U.S. to Alabama, (ii) standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations for (2) nights at hotel selected by Sponsor, (iii) a check in the amount of $300 which may be used toward ground transportation while in Alabama and (iv) tickets for winner and guest to the race, at seat locations selected by Sponsor. Trip #2: To the 2008 Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs currently scheduled for 5/3/08 consisting of (i) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major airport nearest to winner's primary residence in the U.S. to Kentucky, (ii) standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations for (2) nights at hotel selected by Sponsor, (iii) a check in the amount of $250 which may be used toward ground transportation while in Kentucky and (iv) tickets for winner and guest to the race, at seat locations selected by Sponsor. Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $5,000. Actual value of trips may vary based on point of departure and fare fluctuations. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of the destination for either trip, ground transportation may (at Sponsor's discretion) be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. If either race is postponed, Sponsor reserves the right to award that portion of prize for the date the applicable race is re-scheduled to take place. If either race is canceled for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award that portion of prize for another race date selected by Sponsor in its discretion. Sponsor also reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion of prize) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion, if any portion of the Grand Prize becomes unavailable, is rescheduled or cancelled. Winner and guest must be available to travel on dates specified by Sponsor or prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Travel and hotel accommodation restrictions may apply. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or deny entry to race to winner and guest if either person engages in a disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the race. Terms and conditions of ticket admission for race events apply.
(44) First Prizes: Autographed 1:24 Scale UPS/Kentucky Derby 134 Toyota die-cast race car. (ARV: $65).
(44) Second Prizes: 1:64 Scale UPS/Kentucky Derby 134 Toyota die-cast race car. (ARV: $10).
Winners are responsible for federal, state and local taxes, if any, associated with acceptance and use of the prize and all other costs and expenses not specifically stated as included as part of the prize under these Official Rules. Prize details are subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize winners are not entitled to the difference (if any) between the approximate retail value and actual value of any prize. Prizes are awarded "as is" without warranty or guarantee either express or implied by Sponsor. Autographed prizes to be signed by an athlete designated by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Total ARV of all prizes: $8,300. Limit one (1) prize per person, household or email address. All prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received, time permitting. In order to claim prize, additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by Talladega Superspeedway, LLC and/or any applicable sanctioning body shall also be required as appropriate.
Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize (or portion of prize) except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion of prize) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (except where prohibited by law) Publicity Release within 2 days of receipt. Guest of Grand Prize winner (or parent or legal guardian of a minor guest) will be required to execute and return a travel/liability release prior to issuance of travel documents. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing, with these Official Rules or the return of any prize or prize notification/documentation as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner being selected from all remaining eligible entries.
Publicity Release: By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor and its designees shall have the right and permission to use entrant's name, picture and likeness, biographical information and voice for trade, advertising, promotional and any other purpose in any media, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without any further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, except where prohibited by law.
Release: By entering, entrants agree that the Released Parties, Talladega Superspeedway, LLC, Churchill Downs Incorporated, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliate companies, their respective shareholders, directors, members, officers, employees, agents and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including any travel or activity related thereto (including attendance at either race event)) or participation in this sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes or disqualify any entry for any reason and without notice including, without limitation, if the sweepstakes cannot be operated as planned or should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes. In the event of termination or suspension of the sweepstakes, Sponsor shall have the right, at its discretion, to select the winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination or suspension. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. The Released Parties disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from access to or the download of any information or materials in connection with the Promotion Website or this sweepstakes.
Privacy/ Use of Information: Any entry information collected in connection with this Promotion shall be used in a manner consistent with these Official Rules and with Sponsor's Privacy Policy located at http://www.ups.com/content/us/en/resources

Sponsor has engaged P/S/T, a third party in connection with the administration of the promotion and personal information provided by entrants to Sponsor may be shared with that third party for purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes, selection of prize winners, and fulfillment and verification of prize awards. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants consent to use of their entry information for these purposes and for all purposes set forth in these Official Rules.
